I did the previous run but the other way round, and added a mile or so to make it 10 miles for the week. 'Running' downhill is really quite awkward and annoyingly slow. Again nothing hurt.
Had already run 6 miles at 6am this morning, but while we were on the beach in the afternoon I decided to run its length and back. Only had my phone with me hence no hr data; and the phone turned off just before the turn-around point so I turned it back on and got Alpine Quest recording again but have had to estimate an extra data point at the end of the beach.
Running bare foot on sand was fine when the sand was hard packed, hard going when lumpy or soft. 3 toes were sore (very sensitve) afterwards and had red marks on them, but nothing serious.
